Spring Cleanse: A Yoga and Herbal Retreat
April 19th - 21st 2013
Methow Valley, WA
I am thrilled to announce our third annual herbal and yoga retreat. Awaken to the vitality of spring with a weekend of nourishing food, herbs and yogic presence.
We will use food as medicine, preparing simple ayurvedic recipes and herbal teas, supplementing this with asana and pranayama practice, sauna time and silence. Support body and mind as we move into the season of heightened energy and activity!
June 28th - 30th
Outside of Boston, MA

July 26th - 28th
Alberta Canada
The only problem you are going to have during the weekend is: How do I choose which workshops to take? Friday evening we open with a traditional First Nation Ceremony. Saturday morning, you can get up for a group meditation or sleep in. In any case, it's a busy day. You can take up to 4 of the 12 workshops or plant walks offered during the day. Then Saturday night, we have fun under the stars! Perhaps a little drumming, dancing, getting to know people.
August 17 - 18th
Bellingham, WA
This is a weekend workshop focused on the relationship between plants and personal health. The first day will focus on harvesting and eating wild plants. Activities include a plant identification walk, harvesting demonstration and information on regional plant families of wild edibles. Rosalee will be joined by her husband, Xavier, a wild foods expert.
On day two, Rosalee will focus on cultivated foods, healthy digestion and explore the powerful benefits of herbs and spices. Cooking demonstration included.
Open to all levels
Tuition: $95.00
